“Describe the Evidence or something that should be researched: I’m not sure whether any of this crosses legal lines, but I wanted to share what I’ve been told and experienced.

I was informed that Bob Fitzsimmons provided funds to Divina C. (CRO) and Sheila Fitzsimmons (the CEO’s wife) to open a cultivation and retail operation in Kentucky. From what I understand, there may be an effort to misrepresent who is actually involved.

I’ve also noticed some questionable practices—such as white-labeling for Sway dispensary in Chicago while occasionally handling their badges. “ removed”

Additionally, there was a situation involving a woman who returned from maternity leave and still on FMLA. She was essentially pushed out under the explanation that remote work wasn’t feasible, even though she had been told previously that relocating would not affect her job, it did. Then the COO told her that if she were to move back she could resume her job… After she moved back, the COO/CRO informed her that her role had already been given away. She had been an outstanding supervisor—promoted five times in six years. An EEOC case has reportedly been filed alleging retaliation, sexism, etc. What makes it more concerning is that the company publicly celebrated the birth of her child, only to let her go shortly after. It’s disheartening to see.

I heard about your situation from them last year during a meeting—wishing you all the best moving forward.”
